Compton's Lamps and Shades

Compton's Lamps and Shades is a family owned and operated store serving San Antonio and South Texas since 1957. Four generations have worked in our store, providing our community with the finest in lamps, lampshades, accessories, and wall art. Originally known as "Electra Lamp Shop" downtown on McCullough and Ashby, we moved to Huebner and N.W. Military in 1997, adding significant framed art and accessories to our repertoire.

Providing rewiring for table and floor lamps, we are one of very few stores offering this personalized service. Our customers hail from all parts of South Texas including Boerne, New Braunfels, Comfort, Del Rio, Laredo, Seguin, Beeville, Spring Branch, Converse, Pleasanton, Hondo, Uvalde, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Blanco.
